  • Overview

    To provide accurate and timely financial information, monitor and analyze key financial metrics, and assist in measuring financial performance of the Indoor Tennis Center (“ITC”).


    • Review of daily register closeouts for all front desk shifts and perform recounts of all cash/checks receipts. Monitor and report variances as shown on Tennis Source daily O-report as well as other Tennis Source financial reports.

    • Daily deposit of all cash and check receipts to assigned bank and maintenance of the front desk change fund bank.

    • Daily reconciliation of cash, check and credit card receipts to the ITC-Tennis Source system “Revenue Summary” report and reconciliation of all credit card sales to merchant statements.

    • Responsible for the creation of all ITC special events invoicing as well as advanced court bookings & invoicing for schools and other non-program events. All invoicing and court bookings in accordance with the Tennis Source system.

    • Responsible for the review, tracking, investigation and resolution of unpaid account AR balances reported by the Tennis Source system and NSF checks returned by bank.

    • Responsible for implementation of new internal control procedures as directed by the NTC Finance department.

    • Responsible for reviewing all program and court time rates increases in the Tennis Source system. Facility liaison with software manufacturer and facility end users.

    • Responsible for the monthly mailing of open invoicing statements at the end of each month.

    • Ensure the proper receipt, tracking and secure storage of all Front Desk and Tennis Program financial info.

    • Responsible for documenting all new initiatives and customer perk programs prior to roll out and implementation.

    • Assist NTC Accounting and Finance group with responding to both internal and external audit inquiries regarding all ITC financial matters. 

    • US Open duties as assigned.

    • Ad hoc reporting as requested.



    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not mandatory
    • Must have excellent customer service skills
    • Strong computer skills

    • Excellent Communication & Analytical Skills
    • Position is considered non-exempt.


    Daily travel for bank deposits. Personal means of Transportation is required.
