    We are seeking Kids Court/Nursery Staff who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the opportunity to assist and deliver customer service to visitors from around the world. Our team members genuinely enjoy interacting with people, know what it takes to provide excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsibilities

      • Sign children in and out of Child Care Center
      • Ensure children in Child Care Center have appropriate paperwork supplied by Parent/Guardians
      • Supervise safe play of children of ages adhering to safety standards and guidelines
      • Maintain clean and safe play environment for children along with adequate supplies
      • Maintain daily schedule of children’s activities
      • Help children maintain good hygiene, including changing diapers.
      • Liaise with parents regarding unique needs or situations
      • Report injury or incidents to appropriate supervisors

       

    Qualifications

    • Qualifications
    • Must be Child/Infant CPR and First Aid Certified
    • Ability to interact and provide encouraging and positive atmosphere for children of all ages.
    • Must be a detail oriented problem solver with the ability to manage high profile clientele in a warm and friendly environment
    • Must be able to effectively communicate, written and orally, with guests and staff as well as multitask in a fast paced fluid environment
    • Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
    • Must present a professional company image and remain calm and focused
    • Ability to listen and work productively in a team environment
    • Must be skillful at planning, organizing and prioritizing work activities; uses time efficiently
    • Must maintain a thorough knowledge of event and venue
    • Adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to handle frequent change.
    • Bilingual a plus, but not necessary
    • Interpersonal skills , active listener, great monitoring and instructional skills
    • Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
