The Role
This role serves as the primary lead of the campus-wide FF&E and décor strategy and provides high-level oversight of all food and beverage programs, including Levy Restaurants and CxRA. By fostering sustainable relationships with all premium seatholders, USTA Sales and Marketing teams, and corporate stakeholders, this position ensures operational excellence for the US Open and year-round NTC events.
- Direct Levy Restaurants and CxRA to provide world-class catering services and menu opportunities for all premium areas, utilizing technology to simplify the food and beverage ordering process.
- Lead the procurement and "buyout" process for FF&E related needs on major as well as annual construction projects, including the redesign of Arthur Ashe Stadium and the Player Performance Center.
- Responsible for the oversight of the US Open Suite Administration office and staff; provide elevated customer service to all suite and club seat holders.
- Oversee all At-Cost Food and Beverage planning and execution for Players, Broadcast, Media, and President’s Suite; acting as the primary liaison with key stakeholders.
- Provide professional décor design services and implementation for all NTC/US Open interior spaces, inclusive of suites, clubs, offices, and all other premium spaces.
- Assemble and maintain a master plan of furnishings and artwork requirements for all indoor campus spaces, providing annual recommendations for inventory replacement and upgrades.
- Manage F&B sponsor product integrations for site-wide menu development and facilitate all necessary approvals from the Partnership Marketing Department.
- Act as NTC team lead for the implementation and evolution of F&B technology in coordination with USTA IT to ensure systems meet event needs.
- Collaborate with Levy Restaurants to oversee premium team support operations year-round and staff catering attendants at levels required for world-class service.
- Conduct in-suite and hospitality club visits to ensure service levels are exceptional and deliver amenities that exceed guest expectations.
- Responsible for the oversight of the After Action process; analyze data to create corrective action reports and lead meetings with the MD of Event Services and NTC COO.
- Maintain the master inventory system and template for all FF&E in premium areas, including furniture, fixtures, and schedules for repairs.
- Create maintenance checklists and timelines in coordination with Facility Operations to verify completion of preventative maintenance for all Luxury Suites and Premium Club spaces.
- Act as Green Initiative lead for all F&B areas and work with environmental consultants to ensure construction adheres to LEED standards.
- Responsible for the full life cycle (sales to execution) of premium private events and experiences, including private parties and stadium court time rentals.
- Coordinate all USTA and affiliate conference dining requests for the US Open as well as food service requirements for year-round NTC events, managing reconciliations and vendor responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the Event Services management team to fulfill event-specific needs.
- All other event support as defined by the Managing Director, Event Services.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry; sports or event experience strongly preferred.
Interior design skills or experience preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills with exceptional organizational ability.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performing team.
Sound judgment and effective decision-making skills.
Proficiency with standard business software, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
This position is classified as exempt.
This position is hybrid outside of the US Open period, as defined by the Managing Director, Event Services.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is between $130,000- $145,000 plus potential ICP bonus. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
